In July 2015, Franklin Homes became a wholly-owned subsidiary of C3 Design, Inc., a Mississippi- based modular home company established by Fred E. Carl, Jr., founder and former CEO of luxury appliance manufacturer Viking Range. Under our new ownership, we continue our heritage of continuously improving the design, quality, customer service, and value of every Franklin home.
